Food Standards Agency share advice for Hospitality Sector during re-opening
As hospitality businesses across England re-open their doors, the Food Standards Agency has provided refreshed guidance for the sector as they begin to serve the public again.
The guidance aims to support food businesses prioritise food safety as well as customer and staff wellbeing, when restarting operations.
Included within the guidance is advice on how to work safely during the pandemic and how to prioritise food hygiene and food safety when re-opening after a period of closure. The guidance is intended to help businesses stay safe, get compliant and remain confident.
