Lunch & Learn – Nurturing Workplace Mental Health in the Food and Drink Sector

With these informal sessions we are looking to help connect our fantastic food and drink community, so grab your lunch and come and join us for a presentation, questions and a general catch up!

Mental ill health accounts for around 30% of cases of occupational ill health in food and drink manufacture and was the third highest incidence rate (out of seven categories) reported in some large companies by the Food Industry Medical Association (2005) according to the latest data from the HSE.

The statistics are quite shocking… but worse, each statistic represents our friends, family members, colleagues or employees and we know that when our people suffer, our business suffers too.

Would you like to make a positive change to your organisation? Are you determined to improve your employees’ mental health? Would you like to see an increase in productivity? Would you like FREE/Funded support in making your workplace EVEN better? This session aims to give you all you need to know about the support available!
